  • We represent the industry in discussions and negotiations regarding national and international issues affecting the animal health management of farmed and ranched cervids in Canada, including but not restricted to protocols for movement into and throughout Canada, the National Animal Health Program, and the requirements of the Health of Animals Act.
  • We represent the cervid industry on issues of national and international trade. Where appropriate to represent the cervid industry on issues of market development provincially, nationally and internationally.
  • We partner with government, non-government and trade associations to this end where and when appropriate.
  • We provide the general public a starting point for resolving cervid-related concerns.
